Two years ago, Smart Health was born with a clear vision: to transform the Spanish out-of-hospital system through the development of advanced solutions for ambulances, helicopters, and coordination centers.
Digitalization of medical records
Our first developed solution
Our first major breakthrough was the launch of a revolutionary software, a cross-platform application designed for interoperability and digitalization of medical records. This app allowed healthcare professionals from different autonomous communities to create and share medical records in just 30 seconds from any mobile device, significantly improving patient care.
This innovative system not only facilitated clinical documentation but also integrated essential tools for monitoring vitals, health alerts, and safe drug management, which was crucial for critical care. Thanks to its focus and utility, our software won numerous awards and was recognized by SEMES (Spanish Society of Emergency Medicine) as one of the best emergency apps in Spain.
