Terms and Conditions

These general conditions apply to all users who visit and/or conduct any commercial transaction through the WOSLER EU portal.

The domain “wosler.eu” (WOSLER), its brand, content, and logos are owned by SMART HEALTH DIGITAL APP SL, hereinafter WOSLER, with a registered office at Calle Alhóndiga, 6, 5ºC, CP 18001, Granada, with C.I.F. no. B-67.918.151, registered in the Granada Commercial Registry, Volume 1860, Page 25, Sheet GR-60.543, with the express exclusion of content that appears on the portal but belongs to third parties.

Conditions for Using the Portal:

  1. WOSLER is an internet portal that allows users to request medical assistance and/or ambulances and/or similar services (hereinafter, “the services”) as described in the terms of each service at the time of payment.
  2. “USER” refers to anyone who visits, contracts, or accesses content on the “WOSLER” internet portal and/or contacts through the mobile contact provided by its associated establishments.
  3. “The portal or platform” refers to all pages and communication channels that make up the “WOSLER” internet site, excluding any others not located under the aforementioned domains.
  4. By visiting, accessing, or registering, the USER declares that they have read, understood, and fully accept these general conditions, the privacy and cookies policy, and any other legal texts published on the website.
  5. If the USER has not read, does not understand, or does not accept these general conditions, they should not use the portal or contract any services.
  6. WOSLER is free to change, alter, delete, or modify any content on the portal, including the general conditions and payment service conditions, without prior notice. Therefore, every time the USER visits, uses, or conducts any commercial transaction through the portal, they are subject to the regime provided by the service conditions at that time.
  7. Any change to these general conditions or the payment service conditions will take effect upon publication on the portal.
  8. By merely using the portal, the USER assumes responsibility for such use, which extends to cases where registration is required to access certain content or services.
  9. If registering and/or contracting services, the USER is responsible for providing truthful information and acting within the law and in good faith regarding the required data.
  10. Access to the portal and all WOSLER services must only be made by legally competent individuals with full capacity to contract under the prevailing Spanish law (over eighteen years old).
  11. The USER who makes any suggestion, whether requested or not, whether it involves improvement or not, concerning (without limitation): new ideas, new promotions, improvements to the service or product catalog, other material apart from the portal content, advertising methods, marketing policy or system, sales policy or system; grants the owner of WOSLER full rights over such suggestion and its consequences, products, or derivations, for free, without limitations in time or place, and irrevocably.
  12. The owner of WOSLER is also the owner of the portal’s inherent content (logo, brand, etc.), excluding the content corresponding to the owners of the products or services offered, which remains owned by the respective holders.
  13. The USER solely assumes responsibility, expressly exempting WOSLER and its owner, for handling and configuring their personal computer, software, telephone lines, internet access services, etc., used to access the portal. Likewise, the USER assumes sole responsibility for preventing computer viruses, trojans, worms, and/or any other destructive or corruptive software. Furthermore, the USER assumes sole responsibility for partially or fully maintaining a copy of the portal’s content on their personal computer, with WOSLER not being bound by any offer, data, or information not located on the portal’s server.
  14. WOSLER reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or the products or services offered without prior notice, at its own discretion or that of a third party, to users who violate these General Conditions.
  15. The inclusion of a link to the WOSLER portal on any third-party website requires the submission of a written request to WOSLER and written permission from WOSLER, and is considered NOT permitted until the explicit consent of WOSLER’s owner is obtained.
  16. The user allows WOSLER to use its cookies (a file embedded in the user’s device by the visited website containing information about the user), and WOSLER commits to using them diligently and solely in the user’s interest and to improve the services offered.   17. WOSLER has no final control over links that may be inserted on the portal and therefore assumes no responsibility for the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, legality, or validity of any material or information contained in external links to the portal.
  18. These General Conditions are governed by Spanish common law. The parties submit, at their choice, to the courts of the USER’s domicile for the resolution of conflicts, waiving any other jurisdiction, provided the USER is an individual. If the USER is a legal entity, they submit to the courts of Granada Capital.
